The 214-room, 135,000-square-foot Hyatt Place will be built on 3.7 acres along Brooks Lake in Lake Pointe Town Center, the mixed-use, urban village-style development at the northwest corner of Highway 6 and U.S. 59. Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) is pleased to announce this latest addition to Lake Pointe.
