The board of directors of Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) today announced that it has promoted Ronald D. Parisotto (46) to senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Parisotto, who will continue to report to President and CEO Stephen P. Joyce, also serves as an officer of the company.
